London-based Investment boutique overseen by former Fleming Family and Partners CEO boosts profits by 55 percent

Polar Capital, the London-based investment boutique launched by Brian Ashford Russell and Tim Woolley in 2000, is the latest firm to generate increased margins and profits.

Now overseen by Gavin Rochussen, a former chief executive of J O Hambro Capital Management (JOHCM) and Fleming Family and Partners (FF&P), Polar Capital recorded pre-tax profits of £64.09 million for the year to 31 March 2019, a £22.80 million or 55.24 percent increase on the £41.28 percent posted for the previous year.
