Wealth manager Mattioli Woods has acquired competitor The Turris Partnership in a deal worth up to £1.6 million.

With about £65 million of assets under advice, Turris provides chartered financial planning and wealth management advice to its clients. Its team of five staff will be retained by Mattioli Woods, moving to the firm's existing Glasgow office at the beginning of next year.
