Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell has called for Andrew Bailey's appointment as the new governor of the Bank of England to be delayed.
Speaking at Commons Treasury questions yesterday, Mr McDonnell said that there are still questions to be answered about Mr Bailey's leadership of the FCA.
