Michael Covell takes non exec London property exchange role

Michael Covell, the current chairman of Tilney Bestinvest Group and a former co-head of Goldman Sachs London-based private wealth management unit, has expanded his growing portfolio of non-executive positions by becoming a non-investment director of the London Real Estate Exchange (LREE).

Established by Anthony Gahan, Cyril Théret and Ian Axe and privately financed LEET is currently attempting to establish what will be the world’s first fully fully regulated securities exchange dedicated to the admission and trading of companies owning single commercial real estate assets.
