After many years of growth, the number of billionaires in the UK has fallen as the “most unsettling of booms” appears to have come to the end.

This is according to The Sunday Times’ Rich List 2023 which claimed the number of billionaires has fallen from 177 in 2022 to 171.

Despite this, the combined wealth of the top 350 list entrants stands at £748.21 billion, which was a 5.3 percent increase on 2022.
