No deal Brexit could cause German recession

German exports to the UK have dropped by four percent in the past year.

This, combined with the German economy’s weak performance in the second quarter, has concerned analysts, said accounting and tax advisory firm Blick Rothenberg.

This means that while UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is in Berlin this week trying to secure a good deal for Britain, German Chancellor Angela Merkel may have her own agenda: Trying to prevent a German recession.
