Whether or not Nutmeg will disrupt the UK’s wealth management market remains an open question.

Nonetheless, the Vauxhall-based online investment management firm does appear to be developing traction, at least according to a live funding pitch given by Neil Alexander, its chief operating officer and chief finance officer organised by Crowdcube, the Exeter-based crowdfunding firm.

According to Mr Alexander, Nutmeg now has over 70,000 customers and £1.7 billion of funds under management as well as a PAM Award.
