Only 13 percent of businesses across the global finance sector have a woman in their top three earners, according to sustainable data and technology firm ESG Book.
ESG Book studied more than 1,200 global financial firms.
Boardroom diversity is 25 percent across the sector, which ESG Book noted was low compared to the likes of the FTSE 100 at 40 percent and S&P 500 at 32 percent.
