Private equity firm Growthdeck has reported a recordbreaking year in 2021, completing fundraises for 22 businesses, a significant increase from 16 in 2020.
The 2021 fundraises totalled a record £11.8 million, which is a 29 percent increase on 2020, and an 82 percent increase on 2019. Of these deals, 14 were equity fundraises, accounting for £7.8 million, and eight were debt fundraises, accounting for £4 million.
