PE-backed James Hay buys Nucleus platform in £145m deal

Private equity-backed James Hay has bought fellow financial planner platform Nucleus in a deal worth £144.6 million.

Announced this morning (9 February), James Hay will pay 188 pence per share and acquire all Nucleus’s capital, subject to shareholder approval.
