Peregrine Black appoints ex Smith & Williamson multi manager

Peregrine & Black Investment Management (PGIM) has appointed former Smith & Williamson multi-manager Nick Marshall as head of fund solutions.

At PGIM Mr Marshall will develop an investment proposition for advisers via platforms, as well as provide fund research for the firm.

At Smith & Williamson, which Mr Marshall left in September 2014 after a review, he spent nine years researching third-party funds and managing money for private clients and advisers.
