PIMFA confirms 10pc drop rule no longer applies

Wealth management lobby group PIMFA has confirmed the 10 percent depreciation rule has been repealed as of 18 January 2023.

Since March 2020, UK regulator the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has adopted temporary measures on the requirement for firms to issue 10 percent depreciation notifications to investors.
