Private banks among 200 firms demanding Boris Johnson set out green recovery plan

Coutts, Rathbones, and Union Bancaire Privée have joined a movement of more than 200 top UK companies calling on the government to transition to a low carbon economy in the aftermath of Covid-19.

The chief executives of 206 large UK firms have written to Prime Minister Boris Johnson demanding that the government renew its focus on the legislated target of net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
