Private investor network Growthdeck is making a second EIS-qualifying investment of nearly £500,000 in carbon fibre materials manufacturer CFP Composites.

This £478,000 investments follows the £1.1 million Growthdeck invested in 2018.

An EIS (Enterprise Investor Scheme) allows private investors to reduce their capital gains and inheritance tax liabilities by investing in growth businesses.

CFP Composites is expected to grow quickly in the next year, with turnover projected to increase to £4.5 million in 2020, from £1.3 million in 2019.
