Frenkel Topping Group, a specialist personal injury and clinical negligence wealth and investment manager, has reported a 23 percent increase in profits.

In its full year 2022 results, the firm recorded gross profits of £11.1 million, up from £9.0 million a year earlier.

Revenues were up 35 percent from £18.4 million to £24.8 million in the year to 31 December 2022.
