Mayfair Capital Investment Management, a commercial propery investor based in Mayfair, has appointed Ned Pumphrey as investment director and head of transactions.

Pumphrey, who previously ran the London office of Belfast-based Deramore Property Group, will chair the firm’s Internal Investment Committee and act as the key interface with the UK property market for buying, selling and providing strategic stock selection for the funds managed by Mayfair Capital.
