Quilter has appointed Alison Morris as an independent non-executive director (NED).
Joining the board in September, she will also join the audit and risk committees.
A Chartered accountant, Ms Morris was a partner in PwC’s financial services audit practice for 25 years.
Having left PwC in 2019, she has been a NED of Paragon Banking since March 2020 and chairs the audit committee. She is also on the risk committee and is now a senior independent director.
