Quilter has completed the acquisition of financial advice firm Lighthouse.

Malcolm Streatfield, chief executive of Lighthouse will now report to Andy Thompson, chief executive of Quilter’s advice businesses.

Quilter and Lighthouse will be working closely on “integration plans” over the coming months and will update the market on progress in due course, Quilter said. Quilter completed the deal through its wholly owned indirect subsidiary, Intrinsic Financial Services Limited.
