Rathbones has appointed Anne-Marie McConnon as chief client officer.
She will join the company in May 2023.
Ms McConnon will also become a member of the group executive committee.
In this newly created role, she will report directly to group chief executive Paul Stockton.
Ms McConnon joins Rathbones from BNY Mellon Investment Management where she worked for 10 years. Most recently she was global chief marketing & client experience officer.
