Former Rathbones Private Office head Ian Dembinski has been given a new title as the firm creates an ultra high net worth team in place of the private office brand.

Mr Dembinski will now be head of client development and will lead the UHNW team where he will “act as a focal point for all business development activity in the non-intermediated channel”.

This will include offshore investment services, and the UHNW team, which will now concentrate on introducing UHNW clients to existing Rathbone investment teams, rather than the former Private Office approach of promoting its own advisory proposition.
