Raymond James has launched a new business model designed to give wealth managers joining it unprecedented freedoms, as it looks to grow its UK book.

In what the firm says is an industry first, the new ‘employee affiliation model’ invites wealth managers to join the firm as employees, with all of the security and support that affords, while retaining two important freedoms rarely offered elsewhere.
