RBC has completed its acquisition of HSBC Bank Canada.
To support the post-acquisition process, with the deal first announced in November 2022, RBC has committed to creating new Canadian jobs, continuing to donate one percent of net income before taxes to communities and finance the construction of new housing in Canada.
