RBC Wealth Management has appointed Rod Ireland as interim head of Asia.

This role is in addition to his current responsibilities as head of global markets APAC for RBC Capital Markets.

Based in Singapore, Mr Ireland has experience with the APAC markets. He has worked for RBC in Asia for the past five years. Previously, he spent over 16 years at RBC in Australia.

Mr Ireland will replace Terence Chow who has left the firm.
