Real estate exchange makes two senior hires

Real estate exchange IPSX and its parent has announced two new senior appointments as it looks towards its first listing.

Mike Coker becomes chief financial officer. Mr Coker previously worked for Octopus Investments for over 11 years, latterly as finance director. Prior to this he worked within the UBS investment bank, and with Barings Asset Management.

Mr Coker assumes responsibility for overseeing the financial performance of IPSX UK Limited, the world’s first regulated exchange dedicated to commercial real estate.
