Nominations are open for the 2024 PAM NextGen Leaders list and will remain open until Friday 22nd March.

This annual listing supersedes the highly acclaimed PAM Top 40 Under 40, which launched in 2009 and ran successfully for 14 years. We decided it was time to rebrand the initiative, to reflect changing trends in the modern workplace.

As part of the change, we have removed the age limit, instead focusing on the number of years of qualified work experience. This ensures that we are not excluding those who may have had career breaks or career changes.

Instead, the initiative is open to anyone with 15 years or less of industry experience. 

We have also removed the cap of 40 individuals making the final list, meaning we will be able to recognise any number of individuals, provided they meet the high standards set out in the judging criteria.

The listing is open to nominees from private banks, private client investment management companies, stockbroking firms, multi-family offices and wealth management companies operating in the UK and Crown Dependencies.

In addition, private client lawyers, accountants, trustees, IFAs and other intermediaries can nominate any outstanding individual that they do business with and/or work with.

The judging is based on the qualities and achievements of the individual.

Other factors taken into account include the reputation, or performance of the organisation that the nominee works for, feedback from superiors, as well as the trajectory of promotion/career development, success and age (e.g. younger individuals achieving relatively senior positions).

Please include the name, age, job title, firm, contact details and brief biography of the nominee in your nomination. As well as details on the nominee’s career and professional achievements, PAM is keen to hear about the nominees’ interests outside of work.
