Rowan Dartington has appointed Fiona Richards as chief operating officer (COO).

Replacing Adrian Clark following his retirement, she will have responsibility for driving operational efficiencies and developing the firm’s strategic priorities. She will be based in London and Bristol.

Ms Richards joins the firm with 20 years’ experience in consulting and operations across the global financial services industry. Most recently, she was a director at Merlin Consultancy.
