Ruffer LLP, McInroy and Wood and Cardale Asset Management dominate new ranking of UK non-bank wealth management firms' profitability

Small firms and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) dominate a ranking of the most profitable non-bank wealth management firms active in the UK at the end of 2017 (see Table 1).

London-based Ruffer LLP, Haddington East Lothian-based McInroy and Wood and Harrogate-based Cardale Asset Management head the ranking with pre-tax profit margins of 60.31 percent, 56.27 percent and 49.35 percent respectively.
