Investment management and financial planning firm Saltus Group has acquired independent Chartered financial planner Higgins Fairbairn Advisory (HFA).

HFA was chosen due to its well established London presence which will enhance Saltus’ offering in the capital, the firm said.

The acquisition forms part of Saltus’ aim to acquire established owner-managed firms.
