International multi-family office Sandaire has launched Sandaire Corporate Finance to “serve the evolving needs” of its clients.

Sandaire Corporate Finance will provide independent M&A and strategic financial advice to entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and family-owned businesses. The advice will cover business disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

The division aims to use Sandaire’s existing international networks and provide market insights to help clients achieve their overall objectives.
