Sanlam UK has completed its acquisition of Thesis Asset Management.

The deal was originally announced in April this year.

Thesis has £1.2 billion under management and a team of 30 investment professionals and their support colleagues. The acquisition takes Sanlam’s UK private client discretionary assets under management to £4.2 billion.
