Sauderson House and James Hay parent to be acquired

IFG Group, which owns wealth manager Sauderson House and SIPP provider James Hay, is to be acquired by Epiris, a private equity firm.

Epiris, formerly Electra Partners, is proposing to pay the existing shareholders £1.93 per ordinary share. This values IFG Group at approximately £206 million.

The IFG board are recommending that shareholders vote in favour of the deal, as it intends to do.
