Schroders Personal Wealth: Scottish Widows Lives after all

It seems that Scottish Widows, one of the best-known names in the UK financial services sector, will have a role to play in the new wealth management joint venture established by Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) after all.

Although this will trade as Schroders Personal Wealth when it launches in June the joint venture’s formal name is Scottish Widows Schroders Personal Wealth Limited, according to a filing at Companies House made on 5 April. And this forms part of Scottish Widows Schroders Wealth Holdings.

Both companies incorporated on 11 December 2018, albeit under different names.
