St James’s Place (SJP) has appointed Dominic Burke as an independent non-executive director.
He will be a member of the group risk committee and group audit committee, effective 1 November.
Mr Burke joined the Jardin Lloyd Thompson group in 2000 following its acquisition of the Burke Ford Group of companies that he co-founded.
In 2005, he was made chief executive until the company’s sale to Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2019.
