Executive pay has soared at St James’s Place.
The pay of its chief executive, chief financial officer and managing director all increased from 2020 to 2021, its annual report revealed.
Chief executive Andrew Croft saw his annual pay increase from £813,000 in 2020 to £3.23 million in 2021.
Meanwhile, CFO Craig Gentle’s pay increased from £2.36 million in 2021. This is almost a 300 percent increase from the £591,000 he was paid the year before.
