Brighton-based independent financial advisers Skerritts has acquired Horsham-based financial planning firm Mercier Allen & Associates.
The deal is expected to add £73 million assets under management (AUM) to the firm.
It was announced as Skerritts is looking to continue to grow across the South of England.
