Spring Budget offers few surprises

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt has delivered what some believe to be a pre-election budget, but revealed little in the way of surprises.

As expected, Mr Hunt has cut workers' National Insurance (NI) by another 2p in the Budget, meaning it will fall from 10 percent to eight percent following another 2p cut announced in last year's Autumn Statement.
