Standard Chartered in Hong Kong has launched a new online platform for its wealth management clients.
‘My RM’ allows clients to message with their relationship manager, book appointments, and “co-browse” the bank’s latest market views with their adviser.
The service is available to the bank’s wealthier clients, those with ‘Priority Private’ accounts or other Priority members who have a dedicated relationship manager.
