Stanhope Capital co-founder launches new London-based firm

Julien Sevaux, who co-founded London-based Stanhope Capital along with Daniel Pinto, has launched a new firm called Eighteen48 Partners.

The new firm, which is based in London’s Knightsbridge, incorporated in September 2018 and received its FCA authorisation earlier in 2019.

Other personnel involved in the new venture include Tarek Abu Zayyad, another former Stanhope Capital employee, Claudio Cadei, Edward Clive, Charles Magnay and Christine Pilsbury.

Mr Sevaux, who co-founded Stanhope in 2004, left the firm in 2017 and sold his 27.5 percent stake to Mr Pinto.
