Strategists less concerned about recession risk

Economists and investment strategists are feeling more confident that recession risk is receding in the second half of 2023, according to a survey from Natixis Investment Managers.

It was revealed that 50 percent of those surveyed believe rate recession is a low risk in H2, but 72 percent are concerned that inflation may linger longer than expected and 38 percent think rates could stay high for longer than anticipated.
