Swedish wealth manager Söderberg & Partners has bought a significant minority stake in financial services group Fidelius, subject to FCA approval.
Fidelius, with offices across Bath, Cheltenham, Chelmsford, London and Mansfield, offers a suite of advisory services including wealth management, employee benefits, mortgages, as well as a specialism in advice to returning expats.
