Research into the high net worth market, conducted by financial intelligence firm CoreData Research UK, has revealed that the UK is home to 284,317 sterling millionaires who collectively represent £1.28 trillion of net wealth.
The figure represents individuals/households with more than £1 million in net assets, excluding an individual\'s or family\'s primary place of residence.
