How encouraging to see the way in which so many of our friends and colleagues who are of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans-Gender community steadily becoming senior executives across banking and business. It is a heartening testament to our society that it is a leader in inclusivity and tolerance, even although our gay friends say much remains to be done to eliminate homophobia.
