Tilney Smith & Williamson (TS&W) has hired Pranav Nadkarni as a director within its advisory consulting practice.

Mr Nadkarni has over 10 years of experience advising large multi-national corporates and private equity funds on performance improvement, operational turnaround and value creation via organic and inorganic strategies.

Most recently at Deloitte, he has been involved in advising clients on large and complex M&A transactions covering due diligence, synergy plans and executing post-deal strategies.
