The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has appointed Julia Chapman as a non-executive director of its parent company.
Ms Chapman, who is based in Jersey, has more than 30 years’ experience in the investment fund and capital markets sector. She is a solicitor qualified in England & Wales and Jersey.
Ms Chapman joined the board of TISE with effect from Friday 31 March.
