Titan Wealth Holdings has acquired Baggette Asset Management, as it aims to strengthen its wealth and asset management offering.
Baggette is a Poole-based discretionary fund manager launched in 2017. It currently has assets under management of £180 million, bringing Titan’s total assets under management to £5.2 billion.
The acquisition of Baggette should diversify Titan’s fund offering to its clients. The firm will also act as a retail distribution partner for Titan.
