UBS has set the stage for another year of major events being held online, announcing the date and format for its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Swiss bank said it would bring forward its AGM to 8 April, as opposed to the 28 April date initially proposed, to “accelerate and tighten” its reporting cycle.
The AGM would once again be held as a webcast, the bank announced, “due to the ongoing Covid pandemic and related restrictions and uncertainty”.
