Less than half (44 percent) of UK high net worth individuals and business owners are confident about the global economy, while just 41 percent are confident about the UK’s economy.

These figures come from UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM)’s latest quarterly Investor Sentiment survey. The figures are broadly in line with the previous survey, where confidence stood at 43 percent and 41 percent respectively.

The survey polled more than 4,800 wealthy investors and business owners in 19 markets between December and January.
