The average price of high-end flats and maisonnettes in the UK has fallen from £2.02 million in 2022 to £1.90 million in the year-to-date, according to a study by Investec Wealth & Investment (UK).
Similarly, a fall was seen in the prices of high-end terraced houses dropping from £1.87 million in 2022 to £1.82 million in the year-to-date.
