UK outlook pondered as interest rate hikes paused

The Bank of England (BoE) has remained steadfast in its latest decision to hold interest rates at 5.25 percent.

This is the second consecutive time the Bank has made the decision to keep rates at their highest since April 2008.

The lack of change has come at no surprise to those in financial services.
