Vanguard augments UK personal investment platform with lowest cost SIPP offering

Valley Forge, Pennsylvania Vanguard Group, one of the biggest investment managers in the world, has augmented the range of services its UK investment platform provides by launching a self invested personal pension (SIPP).

This means that Vanguard now provides all the essential elements that a self-directed or execution only (XO) investor requires to manage his or her investments on a tax efficient basis.

Moreover, based on research commissioned from Platforum, a UK-based research and consultancy firm, Vanguard claims that its SIPP has the lowest costs, at least for the average British pension holder.
